Welcome to WeChipIn. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Services & Operating Entity

WeChipIn is a technology platform and brand operated by V Save a Life Foundation, an organization registered in Delaware, USA. WeChipIn allows individuals and organizations ("Organizers") to raise funds for various causes, and allows individuals ("Donors") to contribute to those campaigns. While operated by a registered entity, we act solely as a technology provider connecting Donors with Organizers.

2. Organizer Responsibilities

If you create a campaign on WeChipIn, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided in connection with your campaign is accurate, complete, and not designed to mislead Donors.
• All funds raised will be used solely for the purpose explicitly stated on your campaign page.
• You will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the collection and use of funds.

WeChipIn reserves the right to pause or delete any campaign that violates these terms, and to report fraudulent activity to the appropriate authorities.

3. Donor Responsibilities

All donations are made voluntarily and at your own risk. While WeChipIn strives to ensure a safe environment, we cannot independently verify the absolute truthfulness of every campaign. It is your responsibility to understand the cause you are supporting.

4. Platform Fees and Tips

WeChipIn operates on a 0% platform fee model for organizers. We rely entirely on optional, voluntary tips left by donors during the checkout process to cover our operational costs. These voluntary tips are collected by V Save a Life Foundation to maintain and operate the WeChipIn platform. Standard third-party payment processing fees (e.g., Stripe fees) still apply and are deducted from the total funds raised by the organizer.
